This format is progressive down load.
It loads into your browser as you are watching it.

You click on one of the parts and it takes you to another page where the movie version is located. On that page a little TV screen apears. It loads a buffer, so you have to wait a few seconds, and presto! You can only go backwards (the amonut loaded). If you close the page, you start over.
